Pikpop displays Elosung supplier catalog data: product identity, descriptions, published unit prices, minimum quantities, order increments, case packs, carton measurements and listed stock. Each product page links to the supplier listing. These are supplier-provided facts, not independent Pikpop tests or certifications.
Live facts and saved information
Product prices and quantities are fetched from the supplier catalog and may be cached for up to 60 seconds. The supplier stock-update date describes the source record; it is not a promise that inventory has been reserved. The homepage or category directory may display a clearly labeled saved snapshot when the supplier service is unavailable. Lists and requests check current product availability again.
Options and reference images
Color and size options have separate SKUs. Some supplier images are shared between options, so confirm the selected SKU, exact appearance and pack contents in the quotation. The option directory is synchronized separately from live stock and pricing.

What the AI assistant can and cannot establish
The assistant searches supplier catalog data using your brief and can help prepare a shortlist. Its response is guidance, not a supplier quotation, product test, import approval or guarantee of availability. Check product facts and request missing documents before deciding. Correcting a listing
Open Contact & sourcing requests, include the SKU and describe the information that needs correction. Keep the request reference and use My requests to check replies. Email notifications are not currently enabled.
