Can I buy products directly here?
Pikpop is a wholesale sourcing and inquiry platform. Add products to a buying list and submit a sourcing request. A request does not create an order or reserve inventory. Sales staff can publish a quotation in My requests. Accepting it creates an order awaiting supplier confirmation.
Where do the products and prices come from?
The catalog is connected to Elosung. Product details, prices, minimum orders, case packs and listed stock come from its supplier data. Prices are indicative USD values and can change before quotation.
What is included in the subtotal?
The subtotal covers listed products at the applicable supplier quantity tier. Freight, insurance, duties, import VAT, sales taxes and other destination charges are excluded. It is not a landed-cost quote.
How do minimum orders and case quantities work?
Each product has a minimum order and a permitted increment. Start at the minimum and increase by that increment. The product page shows units per case separately. Pack contents may vary; confirm the exact selling unit before ordering.
Can every product ship to the US or Europe?
No destination is guaranteed by a catalog listing. Stock location, product restrictions, labeling, testing and shipping eligibility must be reviewed for the destination. Include your country and documentation requirements in the request.
What happens after I submit a request?
Pikpop saves the request and gives it a reference. Open My requests to view its status, replies and published quotations. Accepted quotations create orders that you can track there. Email notifications are not currently enabled, and submission does not automatically send a request to a supplier.
How does the AI assistant work?
The assistant uses the existing DeepSeek service to understand your brief, searches the Elosung catalog and presents a shortlist with supplier facts. AI guidance can be incomplete; pricing, logistics and compliance need confirmation.
Is my buying list saved?
Your list is stored on the server. Signed-in Site visitors are recognized by their account. Guest visitors use a necessary browser cookie; clearing it or switching devices can remove their access to saved activity.
What are the payment and return terms?
Pikpop does not collect payment in this release. Payment schedule, Incoterm, inspection, claims and returns must be specified in the supplier’s final quotation or order agreement. Do not assume a listing includes those terms.
