Information you provide
Pikpop stores the products and quantities in your buying list. When you submit a request, it also stores your name, business email, company, destination, requirements, item details and any response associated with the request.
How it is used
This information supports your buying list and the review of sourcing requests. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing. This version does not send email notifications or process payments.
AI prompts and external services
AI messages and limited conversation context are sent to the configured DeepSeek service to generate sourcing guidance. Relevant catalog data is included. Do not enter sensitive personal information or trade secrets. Product data and images are served by Elosung and its image providers, which receive normal network requests.
Storage and necessary cookies
Lists and requests are stored in the site’s Cloudflare D1 database. A necessary session cookie identifies guest activity for up to 30 days. Signed-in Site visitors are identified by the platform-provided account identity. Chat history stays in the current tab session and can be cleared with New conversation. The operations log records AI request timing, result counts and error codes, without storing prompt text. No advertising or analytics cookies are added by this application.
Manage your information
You can remove list items and delete sourcing requests that have no quotation records from My requests. Requests linked to quotations or orders require a deletion review by the operator because transaction records may need to be retained. Customer notes, quotations, orders and staff activity are stored for sourcing operations; staff access is limited by role. Deleted requests are removed from the application’s active database; hosting provider backups may follow a separate retention policy. Clearing guest cookies may prevent you from accessing earlier activity. Use a sourcing request marked “Privacy request” to raise a data question while you retain access.
Current availability
This deployment is a private owner review site. The operator’s legal identity, business contact details and the privacy notice for a public launch must be confirmed before opening it to retail buyers.
